1. SERVICES PROVIDED 1.1 Crossfade Coding LLC provides: Coding and music production instruction 60 to 90-minute sessions (in-person or remote) Equipment and software guidance Project-based learning experiences 2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE 2.1 Session Formats In-Person Sessions: Conducted at specified location Remote Sessions: Conducted via approved online platform (Google Meet, Zoom, Etc.) Maximum student-to-instructor ratios maintained per pricing tier 2.2 Equipment Requirements Student must have: Computer meeting minimum specifications (internet/wi-fi connectivity) Internet access for remote/in-person sessions Required software (web browser including but not limited to Chrome, Safari, IE/Edge, Firefox, Opera) 3. PAYMENT TERMS 3.1 Pricing as per current rate sheet: Per-session rates Package rates Travel fees (if applicable) 3.2 Payment Schedule Full payment required before session/package start Accepted payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, Cash, or Check (Make Checks Payable to "Crossfade Coding LLC") Alternative payment schedules may be agreed upon via separate written Payment Terms Amendment signed by both parties 4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 4.1 By Client 48-hour notice required for session cancellation Rescheduling subject to availability Package cancellations: prorated refund minus completed sessions* *Completed sessions under package will be charged at individual class/hourly rate upon cancellation. No-shows without 48-hour notification will be charged full session rate and will forfeit the ability to refund session. 4.2 By Company Full refund or rescheduling for company cancellations Minimum 24-hour notice except emergencies Right to terminate services for policy violations 5. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION Students must arrive on time Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions Parent/Guardian responsible for student attendance Chronic absences may result in package termination 6. CODE OF CONDUCT Students must: Follow instructor guidance Respect fellow students Use appropriate language Maintain academic honesty 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Students retain rights to created content Company maintains right to use for promotional purposes Teaching materials remain company property 8. RECORDING AND MARKETING CONSENT 8.1 Session Recording Company reserves the right to record training sessions for quality assurance, instructor training, and educational purposes Recordings may include audio, video, screen captures, and student work/projects Parents/Guardians will receive advance notice of recording via email 8.2 Marketing and Promotional Use By enrolling in services, Parents/Guardians grant Company permission to use student photos, videos, work samples, and testimonials for marketing purposes including: website content, social media posts, brochures, and advertising materials Student first names may be used unless specifically opted out Company will not sell materials to unrelated third parties 8.3 Opt-Out Process Parents/Guardians may opt out at any time by emailing [your business email] with "MEDIA OPT-OUT" in the subject line Include student's full name and specific preferences (no photos, no recordings, no work samples, etc.) Requests processed within 48 hours; existing materials removed within 7 business days 8.4 Default Consent Enrollment constitutes consent to recording and marketing use unless opt-out request is submitted 9. LIABILITY Company not responsible for personal equipment Parent/Guardian responsible for suitable learning environment Separate liability waiver required 10. TERM AND TERMINATION Agreement valid for duration of purchased services Company may terminate for policy violations Refunds per cancellation policy 11. MODIFICATIONS Company may modify terms with notice Current terms available on website Continued use constitutes acceptance
